I have been going to Wonder Nails for years. The service has been great. If ever I didn’t like something, the family are always ready to fix it. Ken, Mary, Paul, and the rest are good people. I would recommend them over many others, and believe me, I have been to many other shops.

I arrived a little after 4pm and the shop closes at 7pm. I waited for nearly an hour to get a full set. I’ve only visited once and the gentleman did my nails the first time and he was decent. So I was patiently waiting to get my nails done by whom I was familiar with. There was a lady who offered to do my nails and I politely told her that I was waiting for the gentleman. The gentleman then asked me if I could come tomorrow because he was tired and I told him that I wasn’t available tomorrow due to my schedule.

They have old nail polish, they do not sanitize the foot soak tubs and don’t sanitize their nail tools between customers. I ended up not even getting my nails done (save myself from getting a fungal infection). I would give this place a zero if I could. Its the lack of cleanliness and professionalism for me. They have old nail polish, they do not sanitize the foot soak tubs and don’t sanitize their nail tools between customers. I ended up not even getting my nails done (save myself from getting a fungal infection). A very nasty establishment and I would not recommend.

I went 2 weeks ago and 5 days later my nails starting coming off. And they are not updated with new designs and styles!!! These young girls are taking over being booked to the fullest and doing a good job. I give it 2 stars because the gel on my toes actually lasted 3 to 4 weeks the last time and really any other time.

I waited patiently (2 hours) until I was asked to sit in the seat. I asked was she going to sanitize after the last person. She just put a plastic fill over the bowl and didn’t clean anything. I was then told to leave. The guy said I don’t tell them what to do. Obviously a language barrier. I said I only asked was she going to clean the area and she said no. It wasn’t an ugly exchange of words but clearly they didn’t like keep up on sanitation. Worst experience ever. The other ladys in the shop felt like I asked a Valid question butI wasn’t being rude I just take my health seriously. The pandemic isn’t over you know.

Went in on a Monday at 3:00 pm and only one nail tech was there for the rest of the day. The lady who was there was very rude first she stated it would be a long wait to fix a nail that had came up that was done that past Saturday … which a lady was drying her nails and the other spoke up and said she was there for an eyebrow wax she then got mad and told me she was done for the day even though they don’t close til 7 pm !
