Cerenity was my stylist and did an amazing job! She took the time to talk with me about what I did and didn’t like about my hair, listened to what I had to say and helped me find a color I absolutely love! Not once did I feel like she was talking me into what she wanted to do with my hair. She’s friendly and personable, I highly recommend plush hair studio with Cerenity! I have gotten my hair done by Cerenity twice now and just wow! I have naturally curly hair so I was afraid that would make things difficult, but Cerenity has handled my hair amazingly. I got partial highlights done in July (I included the pictures of when I first got them and also a few days later when I styled my hair naturally) and it’s December currently and they’re still looking amazing. I also have never professionally done anything to my hair besides haircuts, and she makes it so easy and comfortable to ask questions. She explained everything so nicely and was so helpful with me figuring out what I specifically wanted. She makes getting my hair done feel fun and not like a long waste of time. If you need any type of color done on your hair, go to Cerenity!!!

Just went to Plush for the first time and now I’m a life time client! The moment I walked in the door I was greeted, the salon itself is gorgeous. Cute little boutique items for sale too, very modern. Alaina is my new stylist and I can’t say enough about how great she is! She was so polite and pleasant, asked me questions the entire time to ensure that I walked out with the style I wanted. She was extremely professional, I felt as though I was in great hands as soon as I sat in her chair. She wants you to look and feel like your best self. Highly recommend Plush and Alaina.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWorst experience ever. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience at this salon. I got a balyage done from the hairstylist Alena, but after coming back home I realized my roots were all undone. She called me back to have a look and told me to pay an extra $85 to get my roots done I.e. finish her initial job! I refused to pay since I already payed $150 for the color and they refused to accommodate me. Had to go to another stylist to fix the mess I was left with. Would not recommend.Worst experience ever. Worst experience ever. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience at this salon. I got a balyage done from the hairstylist Alena, but after coming back home I realized my roots were all undone. Nice and friendly staff. Wonderful atmosphere. Stylist did a great job at achieving my color. Unfortunately my hair was over processed quite a bit by the stylist. (Feels like straw, stretchy when wet) Pretty unhappy with the health of my hair but the color is very nice. I’ll just do root touch ups for a while until the damaged hair grows out.
