Robert is a master of his profession. He cut, colored and styled my hair to a level of perfection I did not think was possible. After decades of asking other hair stylists for what I wanted, and being told it was not possible at all, and decades of having those other stylists give me the same cut and style that they gave ALL their clients (which looked awful on me), and decades of other stylists giving me a reddish brown color that I hated, Robert immediately understood what I wanted and what was perfect for me as an individual. At my first appointment, I was just so amazed at his knowledge that I shortened my explanation of what I wanted, and just let him do what he does so expertly. My hair is far more beautiful than I could have ever requested or imagined. Robert’s work has also made my hair silky and shiny (which it had not been for years before I became his client), and I don’t use hair spray anymore, bc Robert’s cut does “all the work”. Relatives, friends, and acquaintances (and even strangers) compliment me every day, and say how beautiful my hair looks. And they tell me I should have had my hair done like this long ago!! . Well I certainly agree but I was just incredibly lucky to find Robert. Thank you to other reviewers BTW. You really helped me!!! Robert is also brilliant, kind, and interesting, and I am sure I distract him with all of my nonstop conversation, but I can’t help it bc he is so fun to chat with. Thank you so much.

Positive: ProfessionalismI want to share my full experience at Perfect look. First and foremost, Robert is by far the best and most professional stylist I’ve ever encountered! He has decades of experience, and has been a lead hair stylist in many big Hollywood films. His in depth knowledge of the field, along with his extreme dedication to the finest of details lead to the best haircut I’ve ever received! On top of his amazing talent, he is a very friendly and educated gentleman who I enjoyed chatting with during my cut. Bottom line, Robert is amazing and I would recommend him to anyone, male or female and regardless of what you’re looking for, I’m very confident he will not disappoint in any way.With all the positives Robert provides as a stylist and great salon manager, there are some less than ideal girls working there. The day before I actually got my cut from Robert, I had a 12pm appointment with one of the ladies that works there. I arrived right on time for my appointment and when I checked in with her she said she was finishing a color and would be 5-10 minutes behind, no big deal at all. However, time kept on going by and she never apologized for the delay or kept my updated on when she would be ready for me. At 1250pm, after almost an hour of sitting in the waiting area and never being acknowledged, I walked out. He has decades of experience, and has been a lead hair stylist in many big Hollywood films. I had let Laura do work on my hair while she was still attending school and it was very nice to see how much she had improved and was able to work on her own without having to depend on someone else. Robert is the most amazing stylist. I walked in just wanting a trim but needing an attitude adjustment. Finally I just said do what you think will work. For 2 hours I had the pleasure of hearing about his travels and celebrity styling days . I left there feeling brand new and my hair looked great. Gray be gone. Today was my second visit. I absolutely love the color but am equally pleased with the commaraderie and professionalism. Recommend for all ages. Great experience!
