before the second session, I was communicating with the technician (The technician was a middle aged lady ( 50s maybe) at Grandview location about the results and she called my questions/comments an “illusion “. When I confronted her, she showed the most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever seen. Instead of addressing the issue, she denied it, she said the room was loud so I heard by mistake ( hahaaaa) , then yelled, then told me I “don’t need to be coming here anymore” ( even though she is just a technician without such authority to make that call). I no longer want to support a place that lacks minimum training for its employees to prevent such a thing. I asked for a refund and I am yet to receive it.
