They were all very kind. They showed upon time and my daughter hair was done very neatly. I don’t remember if I seen a sign with prices, but if not one is needed with price range. I got my daughter hair braided with no hair added..a little higher than I thought it would be, but Overall the work was good! See picture, accessories were put in by me.

What a great experience!!! Ms. Jacky and her entire staff are very welcoming, very accommodating, and incredibly patient. I felt very relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The atmosphere there is full of positivity and love. My twists were so beautifully done and extremely neat. Plus, love that they’re SUPER fast!!! Love the team work they demonstrate by helping each other out. I’ll definitely be going back!

I called yesterday afternoon and made an appointment for my son’s hair to be twisted by Jacky. I asked the woman that answered the phone if she had an availability for today sometime around 1 or 2pm. She stated 1pm was available and took my information. Once everything was confirmed I asked her name and she waited several seconds before telling me as if she didn’t want to. She finally told me her name was Miranda. Not only did she schedule the appointment at 8am, I was called and awakened after traveling all night last night. Then upon arrival,they showed my son the appointment sheet as if we’d lied or changed the appointment ourselves. Jacky did not start on his hair until after 1:45!!! What’s the point of making an appointment if it will not be honored? I understand that mistakes happen but they didn’t even acknowledge their mistake. Jacky needs to ensure she has someone competent answering the phone and scheduling appointments as she’s definitely lost my business. Needless to say I will not be back!

This was my first experience going to a hair salon, I wanted to do something different with my Fro. I knew I wanted braids with extentions, and I had a photo of the style I wanted to attempt. The stylist who welcomed me into the salon was very informative, and included me in on the major procedures of the style, and the owner Jacky also stayed involved and check in on me to ask if everything was ok. Because of my hair color, I wanted a touch of gray mixed in to my hair extensions and Jacky the owner was right there to guide the stylist on the amount of gray hair to mix in. I was extremely happy with the outcome. At a time where customer service is at an all time low, Jacky’s African Braid and Hair Salon is truly a five star Salon. The price for the styling was worth it. You wont be disappointed.

This place was extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I went to get my daughters hair braided and it was horrible. My daughter was in the chair for 5 hours and it was so uncomfortable that I left before they could finish. Her braids are not what I expected and looked heavy on her.

I arrived at 10:05 for a 10am appointment,the woman I made the appointment with was braiding someone else’s hair and simply told me to come back. I made my appointment in person 2 days prior. This is completely unprofessional way to run a business

I will be a regular customer! The 2022-2023 school year is quickly approaching – next week to be exact and my daughter wanted to get her hair braided so we decided to give Jacky’s a try. When we initially made our appointment we meant with GiGi who was just the sweetest! But it was Ms. Jacky who did my daughters knotless braids and they are absolutely beautiful. I messed up and and got the wrong hair (it was too long) and Ms. Jacky helped me out by using the hair she had in stock (Thank You, Ms. Jacky!). I think they accept walk-in’s, however, due to the overwhelming appointments for back to school those that came in without an appointment had to reschedule. I personally love how they took their time and honestly made the kids a priority which in my book was huge! Especially during a time like this.
