I have gone to Sunnys a few times now and I would not trust anyone else to do my nails. She always does a fabulous job and she’s very friendly as well. It’s easy to book appointments with her and the salon is clean, which is a huge plus for any nail salon. I would definitely recommend Sunnys Nails to everyone. I don’t think there is any nail designs she can’t do. It’s amazing!

I went for a Full set of Gel Nails and a pedicure. Not even 24 hours later, I broke one of the nails off. I would have gone back the next day except I left for New Hampshire the very next morning. It’s been 17 days and I’ve broken off 3 nails on the same hand and I have 4 toes with no polish on them. I’ve literally never had a pedicure where the nail polish comes off. I tipped very well too. I tipped the guy who did my nails $20 and also $20 for the woman who did my pedicure. I’m really not happy with the quality of work and like I said earlier I would have gone back if I didn’t go to New Hampshire. I felt like too much time had gone by for me to address it, but I wasn’t about to changed my Vacation plans. I’m not opposed to giving them another chance, if they feel like correcting it.

I went for SNS dip French tips on 6/24 and on 6/25 my nails were already peeling and my thumb had cracked on Saturday, the day after. My gender reveal was Sunday 6/26 so I didn’t have time to go in Sunday to address the issue. I called Tuesday and they didn’t have an appointment until Thursday. When I got there, I waited 30 minutes for someone to help me, and got bumped around to 4 different techs to fix my nails. I was understanding, they took off three of my nails and did a full replacement and the rest that were peeling were cut down and refinished and today is Saturday, after two days again, the nails they tried to cut down and refinish are peeling. I called in to inform them and was condescended on the phone saying I would have to pay for another fix. I paid $60 for a French set and have yet to be satisfied expect for the one night my nails actually looked right. I feel that they think I am trying to get stuff for free from them, I understand they fixed my nails once but the were not fixed properly if they didn’t stay on after two days. I appreciate that they fixed them the first time but I am dissatisfied with the way they handled my call today. They should be taking off the set and refilling all of my nails instead of taking shortcuts.

Isabel gave a fantastic pedicure. The salon is clean and they follow covid precautions. It’s best to make an appointment. Definitely recommend and will go back.
