I read a few reviews that were not so great about this place….so i was nervous to buy the groupon. I decided to call them and i spoke to Jean, she is wonderful. She explained to me the process, technology and what to expect. She offered me a free no obligation consultation. I am glad i did that. I am getting Laser hair removal done now and Jean did a wonderful job and I’ve had good results.

Is is just me or does Jean miss a lot of area when she is doing the laser hair removal? I have noticed during the session that she will bounce around from area to area and it feels like she is missing some areas completely. I have noticed that there are small parts of my body that are hair-free but that the area right next to it is covered. I’ve had hair removal at another location and haven’t had this same problem. All of the hair was removed and not just patches. Also, I worry about the cleanliness of the goggles and robe. Last time I went, it appeared that the robe had just been worn as it was haphazardly placed on the bed and the goggles had residue from the previous client. Eww! Also, since Jean is the owner, I’m wondering if she should be accepting tips.

Paid for a package of 6 laser hair removal sessions. It never worked. Asked multiple times if it’s because my hair was too light. Jean repeatedly assured me it would just take more treatments. Purchased a package for unlimited touch ups. Went every 4 to six weeks with no results. Also paid for Ipl laser facial 4 times which was said to include microderm abrasion after. Only did the microdermabrasion the first treatment and told me it’s u necessary the following treatments but was charged the same price. Also unhappy with the Ipl results. My last touch up I had an appointment scheduled I showed up to find no one there. Called and left a message that no one was there and no one Ever even bothered to call me

Jean is amazing and has been doing this for years. It’s not the clinical approach, to be sure, but she really gets the job done in a comfy atmosphere.

Jean is excellent and such a professional and really knows her stuff. She only used Cutera Laser system which is the best quality on the market. I would highly recommend this system and only go to a medical spa that offers it. I will be coming back again soon.

Booked appt 1 wk in advance, showed up, no masseuse, Jean said they forgot to tell him he had appt. Rescheduled for three days later, got called 3 hrs before appt, said masseuse not available, needed to reschedule for 10 days later, no openings with anyone else. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE — THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISORGANIZED!!! What a waste of time!

I have been trying to get a hold of the office for 3 weeks now to find out when my apt is. The message either tells you to leave a message and they will call you back (they have not after 4 left messages) or that the mailbox is full to call back later. I am not sure what is going on with this place but I would not waste my time. If they do not care enough about the customer to call them back why should we care enough to go to them?
