Really wish I’d read the reviews before deciding to pop in here on a Saturday….worst nail job I’ve ever had. I had a dip manicure which was a too good to be true $35. Terrible experience all around. I don’t usually do bad reviews but seriously avoid this place if you can… whole strips missed with top coat and 3 hours later it’s peeling which I didn’t know was possible with a dip manicure. The woman was very rough with her file and tugged on my hands when I didn’t hold them how she wanted. At one point she only used one hand to paint top coat on between dips, without sturdying my hand she was painting with her other. Weird, weird, weird process all around. It was completely empty in there and now I know why.

Awful experience. I showed up at 3 pm for my appointment and not a single other person was in there. I sat down for my pedicure and was ready to relax when the other lady comes over and starts rushing through my nails (gel manicure). I had to hold the light machine on my lap and handle it and instead of switching sides for each hand she made me cross my other hand over to her side. Once again not another single person in the salon the whole time I was there. She ended up having to redo my nails because they looked awful and they still look awful. Safe to say I will never be going back.

I was the only person in there. The woman rushed through my full set $50 for a sloppy rushed job and she hurt me! She tugged and shook my hand like I was doing something wrong. She was so rough and literally made me bleed! They came out terrible. She redid them, but they weren’t much better the second time. I didn’t want to spend all afternoon there, so after two hours I accepted the sloppy nails and went on my way.

Horrible, the old lady with the glasses cut me twice and then was mad when I told her to fix my middle nail bc it was crooked. Then she proceeded to ask me what nationality I was and assumed I was Mexican. She then mumbled something in a language I didn’t know. I told her i was born in the United States and it wasn’t her business and it didn’t matter. This was the worst nail experience ever. And I highly suggest that No Latinas ever go here unless they want to be racially profiled.

Ladies are so nice and so accommodating. I came in once, told them I was in a hurry and they didn’t hesitate to have 2 nail techs (mani/pedi) get the job done. Couldn’t ask for a better local nail salon.
