Critical: Professionalism, QualitySat there for 3 hours going back and forth between me and my sisters. Nails were NOT the same length on any of my nails. She wouldn’t cut my nails down to the length I asked so I had to file them down myself when I got home. Definitely not worth the money I spent there.Service: Acrylic nails

Critical: ProfessionalismI went here for the first time today and it will be my last. I had a call in appointment for acrylic nails and was very disappointed with them. I asked for almond and got coffin and the design I asked for did not look like the design given to me. The blue picture is what i asked for (design wise) and the orange is what I got. I asked for the orange color but the design I got is very disappointing. My nails were rushed so they could work on people who walked in asking for an appointment even though I called ahead. I went here for the first time today and it will be my last. I had a call in appointment for acrylic nails and was very disappointed with them. I asked for almond and got coffin and the design I asked for did not look like the design given to me. The blue picture is what i asked for (design wise) and the orange is what I got. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was the worst nail experience I have ever had. First she took maybe 15-20 min to do my entire set.. nails are all uneven, some are thick some are thin. She cut my cuticles so badly that the next day they are were still bleeding. The color was hideous and definitely not the color I requested, I had to go home and repaint them myself. When she was finished with the drill, she did not have me wash my hands to get the powder off and immediately started to paint over the powder on all my nails, so the polish was bumpy. There was nail polish all over my fingers when she was finished and she made no effort to clean up. Also didn’t clean the utensils between clients which is disgusting. She requested us to pay on Venmo and then chased us out because her phone didn’t load the payment fast enough. Terrible experience all around. This was the worst nail experience I have ever had. First she took maybe 15-20 min to do my entire set.. nails are all uneven, some are thick some are thin. She cut my cuticles so badly that the next day they are were still bleeding. The color was hideous and definitely not the color I requested, I had to go home and repaint them myself.
