Critical: ProfessionalismI scheduled an appointment with Reginald for 3:30 pm and he claimed he had no more appointments (even though my appointment was confirmed) and that he had one cancellation at 2:30(which he thought was me), I explained that wasn’t me and my appointment was at 3:30. He then proceeded to disregard me and my appointment and started to pack his things to leave.
