Lamont Alignment Clinic takes massage to the next level! Massage is good but structural integration massage is amazing. I mountain bike and ski and have tweaked myself more times than I can count. My therapist, Jared, helped me identify posture issues and explained how an injury in one part of the body can affect other areas. I have experienced huge releases of knots in places I didn’t even know I had that were affecting other areas. This is similar to Rolfing but a little gentler. He also gave me easy exercises to do at home to help realign my body. I would recommend Lamont Clinic to anyone who is athletic or who has joint pain or posture issues. -Jen

I went to Lamont because I have a chronic pain disorder and serious pain in my neck regularly. I wasn’t sure at first what to expect as it was my first time with this type of massage. The masseuse who worked on me made me feel very comfortable right away and thoroughly explained what they would be doing. I really enjoyed the entire experience and was shocked at how well it worked for me. My neck felt completely realigned and I no longer had pain. I gained range of motion in my neck for te first time in years and felt great. I would highly recommend trying this center and will be returning myself and recommending it to others. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the center is very nice and the service is unbeatable.

I saw the Lamont Clinic for my adductor (groin) muscles that had never quite healed to really loosen and break them up. Their massage really helped a lot. I always felt really great after and the affects are not just short-term feel good, but long term. My therapist was very personable and very nice. He always tried to make sure we got done what was best for my leg/hip. Very skilled, very specialized, but great work and a great staff.

Structural Integration is the only thing that has helped me!! For many years I have suffered from a shoulder injury that has progressively gotten worse. I’ve been to at least a dozen different doctors, physical therapists, massage therapists, etc. After only once session, my therapist at Lamont has been able to significantly reduce my shoulder pain, increase my range of motion, and help my posture (she did wonders for my carpel tunnel too). This is a wonderfully run, exceptionally professional clinic (and the staff is so fun and friendly). If you’re living with pain, please, please try just one session at Lamont Alignment Clinic.

Wow! I loved the technique used in my “massage”. I’ve slept better in the last two days (after my massage), than I have in years. If normal massage techniques or other bodywork hasn’t quite gotten rid of your tight spots, I would definitely try the Lamont clinic!

I initially highly recommended LAC, and wrote a glowing review. Then, one of their less-experienced UNLICENSED therapists broke my wife’s ribs. When we tried to work out the problem with the staff, they treated us poorly and did nothing to make it right. They didn’t have proper records of WHO had treated her, and they refused to admit even the possibility that they had injured my wife.

I really love the solutions-oriented nature of this style of massage, even to the point of getting repatterning exercises to work on following the massage. Luxurious it is not, but neither are most health treatments meant to accomplish long-term results!

A miracle! This method really gets at the root cause of aches, pains and misalignments in your body. Rather than a simple massage, the therapist works on the material (faschia??) that surrounds the muscles so that it and the muscles are “re trained” to work as they should. Regular “tune ups” are recommended.

Excellent. I have some pretty crazy neck problems and my therapist was skilled and knowledgeable as well as super pleasant to interact with. Definitely want to go back there many times.
