I needed my hair styled for a holiday event, and was so lucky to snag a last-minute appointment with Stacey Brazeal to get it done. She gave me beautiful curls that lasted all evening, taking great care to achieve the exact look I wanted. Not only that, but she was a delight to chat with the entire time. Great stylist, great results— a 5-star experience for sure!

I saw Allie Ellis for a hair cut and color. I came in wanting red hair, but was told the blonde highlights would turn pink if I did this, so I said we should probably do blonde and could discuss it when I went back to her room. Unfortunately, Allie started mixing bleach before I even came in the room, and said regardless of what I chose to do with my hair at this point, she would charge me for the product. She then told me she could do everything I wanted with my hair apart from styling it in an hour and a half, for $150 plus $10 for each extra bowl of bleach. Unfortunately, she ran out of time, and I left with grey and blonde hair, with no pastel colors added (which I was informed would have cost at least $20 extra even if she had time after she had already started applying bleach to my head). My hair dried when I got home and I let her know it was two different colors and I would like it fixed, since I paid $200 total. She refused, so I requested a partial refund, since I now have to go to a different stylist to fix it. She refused this as well, even though she acknowledged that my hair would have needed 3 and a half hours or so to achieve the right results and she tried to do it in one and a half. I am really disappointed, and would still like some of my money back. People keep telling me my hair looks bad and unfinished, and I feel like I wasted my money. Blonde and grey hair is not worth $200, especially when she told me it would all be an even white shade with pastels.
