Critical: ValueI called day before for an appointment and asked price. A lady on phone told me pedicures started at $27 and gel nails w mani were also $27. I was charged $85 and lady denied ever quoting me those prices but she had me in appointment book . Worst pedi/ mani I’ve ever had. No massage. No cuticle removal . Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIt’s a very long story that cut short basically is we (2of us) had an appointment for a mani pedi at one and we were there for 4 hours. It cost 115 each and within 2 hours her nail broke right off and it didn’t hurt her at all. (Anyone who has ever gotten their nails done knows that hurts more than anything) when we came back to get her nail fixed they were rude and it’s took an hour, for one nail and her pinky one at that. It cost 115 each and within 2 hours her nail broke right off and it didn’t hurt her at all.
