The owner, esthetician, and massage therapist here at The Facial Room. It took me years to find the skincare treatments that were high quality, effective, and lit my skincare soul on fire! Rachael gave me a basic facial that was relaxing and rejuvenating. She is well educated and was very informative about which steps were targeting which problem areas and what each product was specifically doing. She was so genuine and answered all of my questions thoughtfully and honestly. And gave me really great advice regarding over exfoliation and how that would make my skin oilier. I recently started getting DMK facials at the facial room with Rachael. These facials are game changing, I noticed results just after my first 1-2 treatments. Rachael is very professional and thorough and would explain everything along the way. If you are struggling with your skin and need help, I would say get a DMK for sure.
