I wish there were anything lower than one star. The people there don’t show any care or compassion for a patient at all. They behave like they are robots who only care about money. I initially chose this place simply because of the ratings and it turned out the ratings are falsely misleading. The doctors barely did anything in most of my visits there and I’ve always had bad impressions of the reception too. Most recently, when I needed them to schedule a visit urgently, they had nothing until later the next week. So I made an appointment but told them only in case they couldn’t get back to me that afternoon and I would still need them after going to a an urgent care. I ended up go to urgent care for something I later knew is poison ivy and focused on my critical condition the next week. I forgot about the appointment with them because they didn’t get back to me about availability in that afternoon and they didn’t send any reminder for the appointment made for the next week. Yes, they never send any reminders or confirmations for appointments anytime. The only thing they are extremely fast and efficient is send over a bill for a no-show and extremely fast to call back after request for reconsideration of the situation. The worst clinic I ever chose and would tell anybody I know who might want to find a dermatology. I don’t care about donating 25 dollars but I must say how unprofessional and callous they are. I would never go there anymore and would warn anybody about this dermatology. And by they way, they don’t start answering calls even after their normal business hours and the answering service is unbelievable rude. And I echo what another patient said here “Apparently they make their money by falsely billing their patients. Stay away!”

I saw Dr. Valentine for a cosmetic procedure and she was simply the best!! She takes the time to listen and offer her expertise. She addressed all my concerns and did an excellent job. She is now my go-to for both dermatological issues and cosmetic procedures. I prefer having a doctor handling cosmetic procedures and I couldn’t have gotten a better one!!

My 97 yo mother was referred to this group for a condition her PCP was unable to clear for the last 4wks.. Sadly, even though you have a problem now the earliest appointment is 4 wks. away! There are 6 Dr’s and no time available. I was repeatedly told they see 160 pts. a day. That would average 10 pts. per Dr. I know Dr’s that see more than that a day and will go elsewhere for treatment!

The staff and medical team here are professional and compassionate. I needed an appointment for a sudden breakout and they were able to squeeze me in that morning. My appointment was with Catherine and she is incredible! She didn’t rush the appointment and was very thorough. A couple of days later i had more questions and Catherine made time in between appointments to call me and address my concerns.

I just have to say, I was impressed with the entire process. My husband has to get basil cells removed, well thank goodness went in when he did. The cells were a little deeper than first thought. But Dr. Joe was amazing!! He knew we were leaving for FL so he asked us to text him pics of the healing process. Which we did. We are retired and have NEVER, experienced anything like this before. They really care! I highly recommend this facility.

I had MOH’s surgery on January 3, 2020. There are no words for the wonderful attention by Tiffany and Dr. Overman. Needless to say it was a scary and foreign experience, but their confidence and professionalism gave me strength I didn’t know I had. Following their advice I am healing nicely; the good news is the cancer is gone. I cannot say enough good about both of them, and the office staff was just as courteous. My son is seen here for his “teenage” acne. Cat is always so informative and glad to answer any of our questions regarding his treatment. We have seen a great improvement in the appearance of his skin since he has been under her care!!!

Great office- they gave me an appointment next day and I only waited about 10 mins in the waiting room. I saw Dr. Valentine and she was great- look up her credentials they are amazing. Most other dermatology offices have months long waits and mostly focus on cosmetic, nice to find a dermatologist who want to help!
