I previously went to Collective Wellness in Durham but they unfortunately did not make it through the pandemic. It was hard trying to decide on another location but I came across Cary Massage and saw all the amazing reviews. I decided to give them a try and had a Swedish Massage with Veronica and it was absolutely awesome! She is very skilled at what she does and also did not apply too much pressure and it made it so relaxing. I will be returning and next time the session will be much longer. THANK YOU CARY MASSAGE!

This place was ok, but there are better options & more skilled therapists for the same price point in Cary. I did not like the emphasis on religious quotes and bible verses that were everywhere from the chalkboard on the way in the door to the pillows on the couch & artwork. It feels aggressively religious and not spa-relaxing. It doesn’t help that it is a really old building with lots of creaking and loud banging doors outside. Felt like I was in someone’s Grandma’s house honestly. The massage rooms themselves were nice and the tables were good. The therapist was nice and gave an average massage. Nothing stood out as “bad”. The people at the desk and the therapist were nice. I just would not recommend this spa.

I’ve been going there for several years now. The deep tissue and Swedish massage are the two types that I usually choose between. They are professional and caring. Cary Massage will not disappoint. Their staff is kind and patient and well trained. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. They run Doterra essential oils in diffusers throughout the space which sets the mood and the music is centered on giving you the kind of mindful relaxation we all need.

I received a 60 minute deep tissue massage at Cary Massage on Tuesday. Paula was my clinician and was FABULOUS! The whole experience from checking in, settling into the room, receiving the massage to the follow up conversation were all pleasant. Checking out was also great because they offer a discount when you book your next appointment while you are still there! Awesome experience.

I really enjoy the services here! Booking and checking in are so easy! I’ve been seeing Amy for over a year. I get a deep tissue massage and she really hits the tough areas that I feel are sore. I also like getting the deep blue rub so I feel rested afterwards. Recently I had a massage with cupping by Becca. I loved her energy and how in depth she was with the knowledge of anatomy of the muscles. Both girls have provided me with tips and stretching that I can do at home that will help make my desk job and workouts more enjoyable. I can’t wait for my next massage

I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Veronica. I am a runner and wanted to focus on my legs as well as tension in my shoulders. She did an excellent job starting with my legs and feet and going back to these areas later. Highly recommend Cary Massage.
