Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueHonestly I’ve been going to Q nails for over a year they sold, and I’m not happy with the people there my nails were uneven and thick they never looked good .I’m not over picky but they truly looked awful!!I’ Pro nails cane highly recommend by a few of my clients. I walked in today and they took me right away Tom was fantastic my nails look amazing..He gave up.his lunch to work me in I’m so greatful! Honestly I’ve been going to Q nails for over a year they sold, and I’m not happy with the people there my nails were uneven and thick they never looked good .I’m not over picky but they truly looked awful!!I’ Pro nails cane highly recommend by a few of my clients. I walked in today and they took me right away Tom was fantastic my nails look amazing..He gave up.his lunch to work me in I’m so greatful! Thank you Tom and Pro nails!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTook my daughter to have her nails and toes painted. She’s 4 and the man doing her nails kept yelling at her to hold still. Obviously at that age she’s going for a fun experience and not to be scolded. I should have just left then. I had my nail done which cost almost double of what their price list shows and took a hour and a half. By the time we left 4 of my daughters nails the polish completely came off. I was still charged for her nails even though I told them I don’t have time for them to fix it. Took my daughter to have her nails and toes painted. She’s 4 and the man doing her nails kept yelling at her to hold still. Obviously at that age she’s going for a fun experience and not to be scolded. I should have just left then. He was real careful about removing the nails and they came out great. I will be returning. Also they are really careful about keeping us all safe with sanitizer and wiping the chairs down. Had a wonderful experience John did my nails. I had a little problem with air under the nails and John was great about fixing it. He was real careful about removing the nails and they came out great. I will be returning. Also they are really careful about keeping us all safe with sanitizer and wiping the chairs down. Really clean inside and just a really nice salon. ❣️

Critical: PunctualityMade appointment for three of us at 10AM,. Waited for a bit, water was cool and one of had to wait until 2 others were almost done.
