Extremely unprofessional! Forces all patrons to stop by for a consult (which is followed by a “who are you” text) and mind you, even for a basic and regular blow dry. (Which most salons should be able to handle) Either way, I didn’t have the extra time outside of the appointment I wanted to schedule – so I said never mind and left a review to reflect that! Following that, they comment on my original rating and post my cell phone number? Disgusting! You can tell a place is a disaster when the owners are typing warriors on their reviews. Glad I didn’t spend a dime here.
