Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI started going to Ruby Nails a couple months ago and The only complaint I have is that I didn’t find it sooner, they are truly amazing!!! From the work they do, to their prices, their customer service I literally could not ask for a better salon, and I have been to every nail salon in Gwinnett and surrounding areas for the last eight years and this is now my forever home.. Very affordable and they make sure they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and happy with your service, I have had the same set on for two months now, I’ve only had to get a fill in twice and not a single nail has lifted or came off!!! When I tell you I could not tell you how long it’s been since I had a full set that did not lift within a couple weeks, and they’re just lovely with the way they greet you and they treat you the entire time you’re there… it’s very hard nowadays to find a salon that has great customer service, affordable pricing, detailed work and a comfortable atmosphere but RUBY NAILS oh yeah that is the salon with all of the above!!!! I started going to Ruby Nails a couple months ago and The only complaint I have is that I didn’t find it sooner, they are truly amazing!!! From the work they do, to their prices, their customer service I literally could not ask for a better salon, and I have been to every nail salon in Gwinnett and surrounding areas for the last eight years and this is now my forever home..
