I’ve been going to Huy for the last 4-5 years and I can’t imagine going to anyone else. He’s the only stylist I can trust with my hair. He gives great feedback and opinions on what would look good and what is feasible. Going lighter with Asian hair has always been a challenge for me until I found Huy. His work is the only one that wouldn’t leave a brassy tone. I live a bit farther away from his salon now than I did 4-5 years ago, but it is always absolutely with the drive out. Truly a matter of his craft.

I’ve gone to Huy twice now to get my hair colored and he has excelled every single time! He takes pride in his craft and stands by the quality of his work. I have dark asian hair and he was able to give me ash blonde balayage hair that stayed ashy for over a year without having to get any touch up! Personable, professional and skilled. I found Huy through Yelp and I was not disappointed at all! My mom is a hair stylist of 25 years and so I’ve been to the salon enough times personally to know talent and experience when I saw how he advised me on coloring and cut. He was very transparent on my wish to get my hair colored with a baby balayage. Since my hair was box dyed a few times during the pandemic, he told me fulfilling the balayage/coloring I wanted wasn’t doable until my virgin hair grew out which is the correct answer. (My mom has always told me it couldn’t be done this way either but I was hopeful and still asked him anyways ) He did give me a different option to do a warm toned chocolate brown mix in the future so that was nice to know. He was quick and efficient with the cut I wanted since my hair was waist length long and I wanted a few inches off with layering all around. He gave me the perfect cut I wanted and styled my hair. It looked amazing even though it was just a haircut! I haven’t trusted anyone with my hair other than my mom, so I was nervous but knew from his Yelp pictures that he would deliver. Always go with the stylist who truly cares about your hair! He has it all. Thank you so much Huy!!

My hair looked awful. Huy fixed me as always, I walked out with a huge smile. He was deadly honest and in-depth explained the process and recommended what was best for my hair. I’ve learn a great deal that not all hair are created equal. His balayage technique is flattering and life changing. He got mad skill when it comes to hair cut! Months after cut by Huy, my hair grew out even nicer.
