Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueEverytime I have came to this location off of S Cliff the receptionists are rude and completely unprofessional.When i signed up for my membership they rushed through and didnt explain what i was signing up for whatsoever and the benefits of my membership. They give you a 30% off for lotion but they’re still marked up 150% and won’t let you use the same product if it was not purchased in store. i dont know about you but 150% markup on tanning lotion is ridiculous even after a “30%” discount.i cancelled my membership due to such poor service and would not recommend anyone to do service at this location.the Sycamore and 33rd location are much cleaner and friendlier along with great customer service and professionalism.overall not very impressed with YRB, their staff and how they handle their business.Service: TanningEverytime I have came to this location off of S Cliff the receptionists are rude and completely unprofessional.When i signed up for my membership they rushed through and didnt explain what i …More

Packages are very confusing. Was disappointed when was transfered from STC nothing was ever explained until they told me with my membership I could only tan 8am -3pm and anytime on the weekend. Just thought that would have been nice to know when I started there.

Oh I just love YRB! Always have. And since it’s Sioux Falls’ only “big store” tanning chain that is currently operating, it makes their decades of great service in SD, convenient locations, and top notch equipment and supplies, that much more appreciated by it’s fans. And we’re lucky to have all these benefits PLUS be able to call YRB a tried-and-true local business that started here in SD, and from the looks of it, will remain here in SD as well. Thank you YRB!
