Frankly if you don’t know these people through friends or family members you’re not going to get a good service. I came to get knotless left with box braids because my hair is “ too short for knotless” note my hair is ear length fully stretched. After the service my middle part was so far left I came back to get it fixed and they argued with me for 5 minutes asking “ what’s wrong with it” belittling my ability to see straight??? The worst part was 10 days after my service three of my braids came out.

Sadly won’t be coming back here again. To start off, my appointment was at 10 and I waited outside for 20 minutes/called multiple times before someone showed up. The lady (not the owner) who did my hair was super sweet/great convos. But unfortunately my box braids did not last. At 2 weeks, they were looking like 2 months. She also parted my hair too much too the point that too much braiding hair was weighing down my natural hair.

This has to be the worst experience I ever had. I was already very weary about getting my hair done here. I scheduled an appointment showed up at 10, the doors were locked. Ladies show up finally at 10:20 ish. They took the other two ladies before me. She kept telling me the other lady would show up, she showed up at 11 ish The owner lady finally started doing my hair because she felt bad I guess. Finally the lady starts on my hair and did a terrible job. I showed her a pic and she sectioned my hair crazy and started doing braids different sizes all over the place. Also she just randomly started crying out of no where. She starts at the top and the braids are “Humongous” I tell her I don’t like them. Shop owner finally comes over and I guess agrees with me. She has her take out several braids while she redos some over. But doesn’t finish braid fully. Other lady finishes braids finally at 7 ish. Some other Judah starts dipping my hair. Lady working on my hair starts greasing it and just randomly said sorry and left. Just the most longest unprofessional experience I’ve ever been through. I extremely miss my hair person back in California. I just hate how uneven my braids look and they just look terrible I’m so dissatisfied and still had to pay $180

Called early in the morning on a Monday , scheduled an appointment with sally for 2PM. Was told by her aunt Ok , I confirmed more than once that 2 would be my appointment. So, I take the bus with my Babygirl, all the way from Southbridge to Worcester. We get there and sally has one customer there ready to do box braids, & says that no one told her about my appointment. I asked if she could call anyone to help get my hair done, I wanted an easy quick style, I was even ok with getting 2 braids done. I’ll never go there again, she didn’t care that me and my Daughter was on a time schedule ( with an appointment!) They are very irresponsible and unprofessional. It wasn’t our first time there either and I was surprised at such rude unwelcomed behavior. I recommend would recommend that you go to either Rob Roy across the street or Headliners Salon & Barbershop @ Grafton Street. I paid less and got better quality hairstyle.
