This was the most embarrassing experience of my life and will never go to this salon again. Me and my mom were talking about getting our haircut for weeks now, she wasn’t feeling well and wasn’t up for it then but right when we got the chance we finally said okay let’s go get it done! So we enter the salon and there was an older man ahead of us that went in first he may have been 65 or 70, he walks in first then we follow right as we walk in I go to sit down and my mom stands in in line, there were 1 incompetent individual cutting a clients hair and RIGHT, RIGHTTTTTT when she saw us she says and I quote” I’m tired I ain’t cutting no more hair I gotta life I wanna go home, wah wah like a 2 year old. first off! FIRST OFF!! Who says that when a customer comes in to give your store money and possibly leave a decent tip for you. This person came off extremely rude, hateful and LAZY. I will never ever ever ever ever go back to this place again, To have a woman say that right when you walk in and are excited about getting a haircut, you should be ashamed of yourself and gain some communication skills when money is walking through that door. Critical: QualityMy friend came in around 4pm to get a fresh cut. The lady didn’t give her the proper service. I wish I could remember the woman’s name but unfortunately I do not. The woman seemed to be in a rush and didn’t forget to mention that they close at 6pm, which was quite rude.

I have dry scalp and I’m embarrassed enough as it is telling people that, she didn’t need to do that. FYI, dandruff and lice look totally different, maybe get your eyes checked. I have dry scalp and I’m embarrassed enough as it is telling people that, she didn’t need to do that. FYI, dandruff and lice look totally different, maybe get your eyes checked. Long time customer but I will never return. Went in today to wait my turn asked when I walked in to give my name and the the name of the stylist I would like. I asked for Amanda. While there were others waiting there were 8 stylists so it shouldn’t have been a problem. After waiting a half an hour there was only one person in front of me when a mother walks in with her son. At this point they say that the son was next for Amanda and the other gentleman was after him. If it is first come first serve you have to wait onsite. I was not going to wait another hour for a haircut. I liked the way Amanda cut my hair but they handled the situation very unprofessionally.

Wouldn’t even give it one star!!! This place is TERRIBLE! My two sons went there today and waited at least an hour. The workers did not seem like they cared much. One of them even cut my son’s ear!!! This is unacceptable. Wonder cuts needs to hire employees that are actually trust worthy with sharp objects. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! What a waste, I may even request a refund because of the injury.

I’ve been 3 times and gotten 3 different stylists. None knew how to cut and layer long hair. Each one cut the back shorter than the front. Strike 3…never again.
