I love this place!! Everyone from the front desk to the stylists are welcoming and go the extra mile to please. I have been going to Beth for over a year and 100 % satisfied. She cuts, colors and highlights my hair perfectly. Importantly for me is that they go out of the way to schedule appointments when I need to get in and Beth is so organized that I never have to wait. Here is an example of how important customer service is to Rikeesa – I fell after a knee replacement and broke my wrist and femur. After three months I was finally able to leave my house and called for an appointment. Even though Beth was going on vacation and booked up, I was fit in because the receptionist knew I was desperate. Despite the fact that I hadn’t been in for months and had difficulty walking around and using my right hand, they were so accommodating. I highly recommend Rikeesa and Beth for the best experience and service.
