My name is Cindy, I believe the heart of healing lies within the body’s ability to communicate and interact with its environment in a positive way. Whether it is an office job that keeps your body in a crouched position, daily heavy lifting, or emotional weight that we carry, our bodies adapt to the environment and the things we do, say, and feel.
