Jessica did my pedicure and gel full set. She had to remove my nails as well. Process was amazing. No pain. She completed a beautiful design. She listened to what I wanted and took her time. Michael has also done my nails and he is simply amazing too. You can see anyone in Nail 1st and receive quality service. They have now moved inside the mall where the other shop used to be. Wonderful experience at Nail 1st. The manager is always pleasant. She greeted me as I entered and I was serviced. Jessica did my pedicure and gel full set. She had to remove my nails as well. Critical: Quality, ValueI love the color but he charged $50 for a single color, no design oval set. I didn’t have any thing before to remove and the final product has textured bubbles all over. Both pics are the same hand in different lighting. It just wasn’t worth what I paid for and it was the end of the day and I didn’t feel like arguing over them. I love the color but he charged $50 for a single color, no design oval set. I didn’t have any thing before to remove and the final product has textured bubbles all over. Both pics are the same hand in different lighting. It just wasn’t worth what I paid for and it was the end of the day and I didn’t feel like arguing over them. Definitely don’t recommend

Took my daughter to get our nails done for my wedding. The staff was great, very friendly. They didn’t have the dip powder color that I wanted, but the tech worked very hard trying to find me the closest match, then requested the color be stocked for my next visit. I ended up going a different color all together and decided to match my daughter per her request and they came out beautifully and ended up matching my wedding better than I thought. I will be returning.

The couple of times I’ve went here, my nails were really nice, however the last time I came I went for dip powder which is what I always have on my nails. The design I showed the nail tech I asked to be done with dip powder for my base. She said it was a simple design. She cut down my nails with her nail drill (which I didn’t like because it was getting too close to my skin) and instead of her taking off the dip powder I already had on she was going to put gel polish on top of that. I told her I didn’t want her to put polish on top of month old dip powder and was told they can’t do that. I was then sent to another nail tech who was about to do the same thing. I asked if they could just soak off the dipping powder and then put gel polish (like I’ve done at plenty of other nail salons) and he told me they could not and proceeds to say “people that come in here that look like you…” I stopped him mid sentence and asked what he meant by “people that look like me?” I said never mind to the nail service and asked if I was good or needed to pay for them cutting down my nails on one hand, and was told I could go. Went to Nails by Chris and they did exactly what I asked for with no issue.

The guy was nervous, they claimed the color was the pink it wasn’t. Now I have go pay some other nail tech to redo what wasn’t done right . Maybe he was new or learning. I asked for short . I uneven nails .it was like the guy sitting next to him was coaching him on what to do . After cutting me notice he laughed and saying sorry. I wasted my cash nothing is cute or nice about my nails.
