I don’t live in the area , but this place had decent reviews and I needed a manicure and pedicure. When I went in it was early enough in the morning that I was the only customer there. I told them I needed a manicure and a pedicure and I thought it was strange that not only do they not have prices listed anywhere but no one offered me a menu as other nail salons usually do. I was sat in the chair and a Gentleman only asked me what nail color I wanted and then got to work on my pedicure a very basic pedicure. Then another customer comes in (a white woman) and she was immediately offered a menu and a drink both things that I was not offered. I don’t know if the person doing my nail was new or if he just didn’t want to be bothered with doing longer services for me because the same thing happened to my manicure no one offered me a menu or anything even after I asked to see one. The service was very basic and the environment of the nail salon was underwhelming. Definitely would not recommend this place.

I called and was able to get in that day. The spot was busy, but everyone moved quickly, we were treated nicely. I got a great dip manicure for a reasonable price! If I’m ever back in Austin, I’ll be going back!

Great customer service! Lynn did a wonderful job on my nails. I got SNS then the deluxe manicure. I enjoyed every bit of it! They get to you quick so you’re not sitting there just waiting. My 1st time going here was wonderful.
