The best salon and stylist experience I’ve ever had hands down. I don’t plan on ever leaving this place as long as Melissa is in Cincinnati! I became a new client of Melissa’s in the spring. She did a beautiful job with brightening up my color and giving me a fresh look for summer. She also was just a great human. Such a lovely person to talk to and if you don’t want to talk she also gives you the option to just chill and enjoy the time to yourself.

This salon canceled their appointment they made with me, for tomorrow, just now. I made the appointment months in advance. I wouldn’t make the mistake of relying on them to get your hair done. The salon claims that because they didn’t hear from me they canceled the appointment. I’ve had no contact from them since I made the appointment except to confirm it, which I did. Don’t book with Melissa if you value your time. I took Vacation at work to get my hair done, and I really needed it for a funeral this weekend. Now I’m stuck frantically trying to find another salon last minute.
