I was a client of Monica’s for a year, but at my last appointment I left extremely dissatisfied… I hated both the color and location of the color. It looked very brassy and streaky to me. I spoke up as soon as she started drying my hair and kept saying how sorry I was but I didnt like it at all and didnt feel like it resembled the photos I showed her. Also, that my roots were a couple shades lighter than my base. There wasnt much they could do at the time but they booked me for the following week to come in and try to fix it. Her and Jessie advised me to send photos over before my appointment. I sent around 6-7 photos over, showing a more balayage/ less streaky look. A couple days before the appointment i received an email back saying that the color in the photos were too light and she didnt feel comfortable lightening my hair that much. She was going to cancel my appointment and refund half my money. I was disappointed but emailed back and asked if she would at least be willing to fix my roots that were way too light.. I never received a response and my appointment was canceled. To treat a returning client this way is really disappointing. I paid almost 300 for hair that I absolutely hate and they are unwilling to attempt to correct.

Natalie did an amazing job on my hair and gave me exactly what I wanted. This was truly the best cut I’ve ever had. I loved it so much that I brought my 4 year old daughter back and Natalie was so patient with her and did a beautiful job. Had my 4th appointment set up for my next touch up and about a week later saw on Facebook that Lauren had left to go to a salon closer to her home. Few days later received text that my appointment was canceled so if I wanted to I could reach out to them to try and reschedule with a person of there choice. When I messaged them stating my disappointment with the lack of HUMAN interaction they pretty much blew me off. So unprofessional. Natalie and Monica are two of the best. I bring the whole family here and they have no problems switching gears from a little boy to a tween girl to a middle aged woman. The salon is clean, there are snacks, drinks and plenty of comfy places to sit. I have always been uncomfortable in the salon environment, but these ladies have made it something I look forward to. Personal without being invasive. Also, they have online scheduling, a huge plus for me!!!! I have loved how Natalie has accommodated all my crazy requests and has finally got my hair looking great with minimal effort on my end. I cannot recommend this salon enough!
