I’m only rating a 1 because my nails are ugly and VERY RUSHED. I shouldn’t have had to pay for a service I didn’t like, she should’ve offered to either redo the nails or simply take them off. My toes are nice but my nails are done hideously. WILL NOT be back.

I’m in Florida visiting over the holiday break and this is the best salon I’ve been to. I called and set an appointment but they also accept walk ins. I was immediately greeted by someone when k entered. There was a huge variety of nail polishes to choose from. Lisa, my nail tech did a wonderful job on my mint and spice pedicure. She was very attentive and polite. I would highly recommend this nail salon.

I’m typically not one to leave one star reviews but I have given this nail salon over 10 chances to redeem themselves and every single time I come here I have a bad experience. Whether it’s openly making fun of my nails or the calluses on my feet with coworkers RIGHT IN FRONT of me, making my nails SO thick that it looks extremely cheap (this should be a given not to make nails look thick in depth), quickly painting them and not even scraping the sides of my nails to cover them with polish or telling me AFTER my nails are already painted that they can’t do my design and gave me regularly polish when I tell 2 women I want gel before even starting. Also no need to make an appt with a specific person because you run the chance of the salon double booking that person and you get someone random you didn’t book with. I know some people love it here but wow. I will never be coming back again. It’s just a sad experience every single time. Take your money somewhere else✌

The worst pedicure I have ever had, basically washed my feet, minimally cut my cuticles, no massage, just rubbed lotion on my legs and rinsed it off. Very rushed pedicure. My sandals were put on before my toes were dry and the polish rubbed off. I called and explained that was a lot of money for the lack of service. They told me to come back and I couldn’t. I should have been issued a refund but that wasn’t an option.

I hate to even leave a bad review… but if you want to get CHARGED OUT THE ASSSSS.. then by alll means go here. I get a basic pedi with gel and it was $50 dollars… my sister got the same $45 make that make sense! I looked on their website and it’s 32 for a basic pedi… I understand I got gel but to upcharge $18 for gel?????? I have come here multiple times over the last 10 years and every time I come here it’s a bad experience. And when I questioned why it’s $50 for a basic with gel Sunny was so quick to jump in and treat me like I didn’t know math.

Impossible to relax here .They push you to get both mani/pedi at the same time. My manicure looks like a child did it. I told them I just want to relax and enjoy my pedi first and then I’d get my finger nails done. Pedi was okay, the towel nearly burned me but otherwise my toes look cute. Tech pushed me to get gel, so I did. I didn’t think it would be that much of an up-charge, but apparently it was… I have no idea what I got charged for because they didn’t give me an itemized receipt. My problem is my finger nails. The French manicure is way too wide, the polish is thick in spots and thin in others. She barely let my nails sit under the light. They’re not shaped properly…I could tell she was ready to move on to the next customer. Nearly $100 and I could have done them this poorly at home with my off hand for the cost of some polish. They don’t look professionally done at all. I didn’t bother to complain because I knew that wouldn’t go anywhere. Paid my money and left, but I won’t go back.

I’ve been coming here many years and so has my mom and grandma. This is our go to spot. Of course some nail techs are better than others as with any place but we always are pretty happy. Good service and atmosphere. Ha is the best tech if you can get here! Also Queenie.
