I booked my hair and makeup for my WEDDING with Kaylee off of numerous Recommendations. I went through with her and did a hair and makeup trial. The night before my wedding, I texted her details for the next day. To my surprise and horror, she told me she had double booked and would be doing 11 people’s hair and makeup in Hailey and that she couldn’t make it. So I was out of luck. My absolute nightmare to try and figure this out at 11pm after I had texted her. So unprofessional- I wouldn’t book her for anything important, she committed to me and forgot about me. Never ever going back. If I hadn’t texted her, she would’ve been a no show and I would have been even more screwed.
