Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI’ve been going here for months and haven’t had any issues except my last time I went was a week ago. Then on the second day my nails started to chip off my gel manicure. I went yesterday and they were too busy to do my nails and told me to come back so I made an appointment for today. I come back today and they make us wait for 15 minutes and then tell us it will be 20 more minutes. Totally didn’t care or apologize. Just wish they cared more that I was coming back to have their work fixed. I’ve been going here for months and haven’t had any issues except my last time I went was a week ago. Then on the second day my nails started to chip off my gel manicure. I went yesterday and they were too busy to do my nails and told me to come back so I made an appointment for today. I come back today and they make us wait for 15 minutes and then tell us it will be 20 more minutes. Totally didn’t care or apologize. Just wish they cared more that I was coming back to have their work fixed. They gave me our money back but just know it’s a gamble to go here.

Critical: QualityI went in for an appointment at 2pm and they didn’t do anything for me except put the nails on. There are bubbles under my nails and they are already coming off. They did not push back my cuticle or do anything else so it already looks like a weeks worth of growth even though it’s been 2 days! I went in for an appointment at 2pm and they didn’t do anything for me except put the nails on. There are bubbles under my nails and they are already coming off. They did not push back my cuticle or do anything else so it already looks like a weeks worth of growth even though it’s been 2 days! When I asked why they didn’t do anything to my cuticles they said they didn’t have time and still charged full price.

This time they had a new gentleman start my nails. It’s ok if he was new, we’ve all been new at our job at some point. The problem was he did not speak English so we couldn’t communicate and he was doing a poor job. I asked for someone else and only person available of course was the lady who did it the 1st time I was there. It’s only been 2 days and the gel is already peeling off! I gave Red Persimmon a 2nd try even though the quality was not up to par the 1st time. I figured try a different person. This time they had a new gentleman start my nails. It’s ok if he was new, we’ve all been new at our job at some point. The problem was he did not speak English so we couldn’t communicate and he was doing a poor job. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMy nail tech knew exactly what I wanted and she performed! My nails and toes look amazing. I’ve never felt more confident with nails but these ones are great. I came in bc I needed to get my acrylics fixed and she fixed them, reshaped them and they turned out beautiful!

The manager told me that for my daughter toes painted with design was 10$ okay no problem than when I asked about the design they said oh no that’s extra because she painted each of her small 4 year old toes a different color. Came here with my 4 year old daughter for a pedicure. The manager told me that for my daughter toes painted with design was 10$ okay no problem than when I asked about the design they said oh no that’s extra because she painted each of her small 4 year old toes a different color. He than turned around and said you didn’t mention the colors. Very unprofessional to speak to me in front of customers the way he did.
