I, too, followed my stylist to Visions. Ashley does a great job on my hair and she’s so friendly. I love that she’s never pushy when talking about products, but always willing to help me pick out something new. I also appreciate the way she always seems to remember the cut I had last time. Then I can just walk in and say, “the usual” and she always get’s it right. I definitely recommend Ashley and the rest of the staff!

I’m new to Waterloo & I chose to go to visions on a whim because it was right cross the street from my work. I was pleasantly surprised. Ashley was able to get me in for a cut and color right when I got off work, she got the color I wanted pretty spot on and she was very sweet and friendly. I will likely be coming back to get my hair cut here often.

I’ve been going to Visions Hair Studio since it opened. The services offered besides haircut perm and color include eyebrow color, and extensions. The owner Mo Hardy is active with Beyond Pink for cancer patients and survivors. The atmosphere is one of comeradity.

I WAS HERE FOR 12 HRS! NOT KIDDING KEEP READING, absolutely hate it! Not only was I not booked with the correct stylist that I asked for the women who took over my hair completely fried it! She bleached it and colored so much and my end result was not what I wanted, I asked her to cut my extensions to blend them with my hair and she didn’t even add layers she was thinning the out, she had a full body wax booked around the same time I had my appointment so guess what she did she left me sitting out in her chair for 2 HOURS! The only reason I didn’t leave was because my hair looked completely disgusting! Not one of the other girls came in and offered me anything to drink at that time, the owner passed by so many times and never took the time to ask how I was doing, when she finally came back she said she had to leave to pick up her daughter, so there went another 30 mins, I had told her I needed to be out of there at 5 for work, I had to call in because she was not even working on my hair, it was a horrible experience and she still charged me full prize…honestly save some money and time this girl was talking smack about sally products but sally products is what I had to do after she was done with my hair a d it’s the only thing that fixed my hair..I will never go to this place again waste of money and time…the girl who did my hair is on the first spot when you go down stairs girl with short hair..I wish I would’ve know how bad she was at doing hair, and especially before letting her touch my extensions. .never again!

Waste of time and money going here….ended up having to go to another salon to fix the damages done by the stylist named Ashley at visions after I gave her 3 chances to fix it…on top of the damages done to my hair, the stylist I had and everyone else here I personally dealt with were so unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Ended up costing me close to $400 after getting my hair fixed. I had such a horrible experience that I could go on and on about it. Save your money and your hair and go somewhere else!
