Not sanitary at all, will not be returning. I have been here once a few years ago and my friend wanted to get her nails done, so I went with her here out of convenience of location. BEWARE!!! DO NOT COME HERE! They are extremely unprofessional and racist! I called in today to see what the wait was for a full set and I was given an appointment time of 11:10. I walked in the door before two white women, yet they were seated and being tended to before me. I was not even asked what I was there for. It’s currently 11:40, I still have not been seated. This isn’t even the first time. On my very first visit, yes I was seated on time, but ever customer that came in after me was serviced before me.

Poor customer service, felt rushed and when she finished my nails I got a better look at them and didn’t like them. The nail polish was uneven and the designs were as well. Wanted her to cover up the design I choose and she got upset. I didn’t even want her to get them cover after she made passive aggressive comments towards me and a friend and was just clearly upset. Another friend was getting her nails done as well and after hearing Everything the woman who was working on her nails apologized for her coworkers actions. Something that the nail tech never said to me. Very disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would 🙁

i got my nails done here about a week ago, and i thought the price was pretty reasonable compared to other places i’ve been. i got an acrylic full set with gel on top. the initial service was rushed and the shape was uneven (i got shorter round nails). my nails started to come off the day i got them done. i called over the phone today and they said they could repair them free of charge so i went ahead and came in. when i got there they told me they couldn’t fix them and i would have to take them off and put them back on to fix them (the tips they put on had deattatched completely from my natural nail) and they were going to charge for it. they then said they could just soak them off instead, but the girl just took another tip out of the box and used that to pry them off. that was extremely painful and my nails are now extremely damaged. would never recommend to a friend.

I got an acrylic nail fill, not even a full set, they charged me for a full set and an extra five dollars to have them almond shaped (she didn’t tell me until she had already finished), which I have never heard of in my entire life. I have been there about 7 or 8 times. I can honestly say that service depends on who you get and how busy they are. If you don’t get an expensive service you could be made to wait, I have had this happen a few times. TINA is great…the others..not so much. Manicures and pedicures are good IF they aren’t busy. If they are busy you will have polish all over cuticles and nails filed horribly like mine were recently. Mine were so bad i shouldn’t have even tipped. It’s unfortunate that nail salons feel like its appropriate to do rush jobs! Cleanliness is okay but I have requested that they use a different tool on me in the past if they try to pull out one that isn’t clean. I try to only go there in a pinch. A lot of students go there now so make an appointment if you can. Nice environment for the most part. I would always try another place first, this is not the best nail place by far…IJS
