So I got a pedicure here for the first time (not my actual first pedicure) Tuesday afternoon. I should’ve known that it was a bad idea when I saw they did not use plastic liners in their foot tubs. The girl that did my pedicure did a great job getting the calluses off my feet and painting my nails, but she dug on the side of my big toenails, and instead of clipping the nail she was pulling the nail in strips. This caused pain at the time, and I told her and then she kept digging around with her tools, finally she was done. I woke up in the middle of the night with a throbbing toe. My big toe was red all the way around the nail. After getting some antibiotics and soaking my foot in Epson salt and putting an antibiotic salve on it, I am finally on the way to recovery. Needless to say, I will never go back to this place. My other big toe was on the verge of an infection, too. I question her methods and the sanitation of this place.

Loved it! Super sweet nail tech and got a pedi too (my feet feel buttery soft now). Nice Valentine’s Day pampering gift from the hubs. He “nailed” it! Been a few years since I’ve gone to a nail place and will definitely be back!

The lady that did my nails was in too much hurry and my nails were too thick and long even though I ask her to make them short. She wasn’t paying much attention to my nails I would never go back are recommend this place . I was so embarrassed I didn’t want anyone to see my nails so I had to go somewhere else to fix my nails the same day…

Critical: QualityI came in about an hour before the store closed on a Saturday. The staff was friendly, there was no wait, and I liked their large selection of colors to choose from. I knew pretty much as soon as my dip manicure was done that I was not satisfied. There was a lot of dip powder and clear coat under each nail that basically glued my fingertips to my nails. I overlooked this and used a warm water to loosen things up.Fast forward to today (Saturday I had them done, today is the Thursday after)—a corner of the dip polish got caught on my shirt and chipped off. I came in about an hour before the store closed on a Saturday. The staff was friendly, there was no wait, and I liked their large selection of colors to choose from.
