Really wanted to love this place and have an awesome experience. I walked by one day when I was in the neighborhood and was impressed by what appeared to be a beautiful ambiance. Coupled with the google reviews, I was excited to relax and enjoy the services. I called to book an appointment for Saturday morning (dip + gel pedicure) the price was about 20% higher than comparable salons but I was still willing to try it out. I told the receptionist if I needed to change my schedule around or rebook I would call and do so within the next hour. To my surprise, she called me back only 20 minutes after I had booked my appointment and said “hey, I just wanted to check and see if you’re actually still coming – Saturday’s are busy for us.” I said “fair and understood – I just scheduled my appointment 20 minutes ago, and told you that I’d give you a courtesy in the next hour if something changed. Nothing has changed and I have full intent to be at my appointment.” (This should have been the end of the discussion.). Instead she nervously replied, “okay, it’s just that Saturday’s are really busy for us.” I responded, “I’m aware which is why I booked an appointment, and told you I’d let you know before the day of the appointment if something changes.” (To note, at the time of my appointment I was told that Saturday from 11:30 am onwards was free – so it wasn’t like she was doing me a favor and squeezing me in). I ultimately said “it seems that you believe that I will not show up to my appointment, and you seem quite anxious about it, which is making me uncomfortable – so would it be easier for you to just cancel both of my appointments?” Her response, “okay.” My response “thanks have a nice day”. As much as I was looking forward to my experience at Rogue it was prematurely ruined by an anxious, awkward, and unnecessary follow-up phone conversation with a receptionist. The conversation had zero merit and seemed to be based on some unexplainable fear. Note to management, please address with your staff. Pending an amazing experience, I was looking forward to becoming a regular client and bringing friends – as we”we often in the neighborhood.

Amazing!! Start to finish. My daughter got the quick dry polish and a week later they still look good. They took their time with my pedicure. It didn’t feel rushed. I felt pampered and I will be back!

The nail technician had the dirtiest nails I ever saw. Very unsanitary. No gloves worn. Her nails were filthy!!! She should be ashamed being a nail tech with nails like that. The gel manicure was terrible. I wasted my money. Keep away !!! Gel manicures

Today my friend and I got the gel pedicures. We had a wonderful experience. They took their time, ensuring that the pedicure itself was done right. They also massaged and used hot stones which was just amazing. The salon was super cute, clean and I was comfortable during the experience. The girls were friendly. 10/10 would recommend. Pedicure
