Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy sister in law made an appointment here for her wedding day. They were unable to fulfill any of her requests. Her haircut didn’t even remove all of the split ends to her hair. It was ridiculous and an unnecessary added stressor to one of the most important events in life. Then, her review was responded to by the owner saying that she was never a client and the review was deleted. I’m from the eastern portion of the US. This salon is across from a business that I bought my sister-in-law a green tea from while waiting on her. The receptionist is just as you enter the salon and the booth she received her services from was all the way to the back and on the right. I went for cut and fashion color with Kim and she was AMAZING. She spent 30 minutes talking through everything I wanted (I got purple highlights and cut off about 7 inches, so it was a big change) and she made sure we were on the same page before starting. She is so sweet, helpful, and reapplied the color to ensure that it came out well. Also, the studio itself is super trendy and fun- coolest salon I’ve ever been to! I recommend on all fronts – definitely worth the money.

After trying a couple different salons, I was extremely happy to be referred to Misty (co-owner) at this one. The salon is hop, clean, and comfortable and all of the stylists warm and friendly. There’s nothing about the salon I don’t like…music, wine, location, talented and skilled stylists, and great product. I always walk out satisfied and with amazing hair color that strangers and friends alike comment on. I highly recommend this salon. Misty is AMAZING! You won’t be disappointed.

I can getting my haircut by my specialist for probably over 5 years they have recently moved to this location and I absolutely love their customer service and as usual they’re wonderful confident hair Cutting!! I would recommend this to all my friends and family they really are a family business among friends. Although this is a new location I’m sure it’s going to be there for quite a while it’s a great business!!
