The owner was rude and insulting, my hair type is coarse texture. The owner looked and felt my combed through sectional ponytails and asked if I was sure my hair wasn’t tangled or matted.She had one of the women charge me $60 for this. I do not recommend for women of coarse hair textures

Elizabeth is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had and I’m 29! As soon as I arrived, she told me the price beforehand and explained everything she was going to do. She’s very welcoming and knowledgeable. Very reasonable prices too! She did the keratin with a haircut, and it was spectacular. She took her time to apply the keratin to every lock of hair and explained the steps to take care of your hair after the treatment. Made me feel comfortable. The final job was so impressive. My hair is so soft. I would definitely come back to do my hair with her again!! Dominicans know their stuff, they are the best!

Elizabeth is super unprofessional. Spoke in Spanish on the phone the entire time, very loud & yelling. Water was cold the entire time I got my hair washed. I asked for warmer water she said no. My appointment was at 3, I came to the shop & no one was there. She came at 5:30PM! After she washed my hair she told me a blowout was $75. Last time I came it was $50! She told me a roller set would be cheaper.. I asked how much she told me $75. After she had me wait 3 hours to get my hair done she tried to upcharge me. Ended up taking the $60 but the service sucked. won’t be back.

This was my first time attending this salon when I walked in I was not greeted with a warm welcome the stylist at the first booth is very unprofessional and she does not know how to take care of African Americans hair I explain to her that I did not want to sit under the dryer and she was upset that I didn’t want this so while doing my hair I noticed how she she was pulling my hair and she burned my scalpShe’s very rude and unprofessional please do not go to the shop because you will not get the service that you need I do not recommend no one or no African-American to get their hair done at the shop…. Very Poor Service!!!!! Never again!!!!!!!!
