Bianca did an AMAZING job on my daughter’s hair. It was a special day, it was my her 14th birthday and we were so happy when she was done. Just went in. Was barely acknowledged. The system was down I was told. So I sat down to wait and after 10 minutes was not asked anything about my appointment. Then I realized I got my dates mixed up but when I went to tell the receptionist she did not look up to talk to me. She was on the phone but was trying to avoid talking to me. Really weird service experience and due to this don’t feel confortable coming back for my real appointment. Service isbslowly dying in this country. Too sad.

Went in for color, cut and blow dry. The stylist noted right away how dry and thin my hair had become. He recommended the Brazilian blowout and a layered cut to add volume. It turned out beautiful and I walked out feeling rejuvenated and I’m control of my hair again. It has been 2 weeks and my hair still looks and feels amazing!
