A woman named LISA did my hair, when the foils were taken out my roots were totally orange. When I said why is my hair orange Lisa then told me that I had asked for orange hair?! DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!!! I went to this salon for a full head of highlights. A woman named LISA did my hair, when the foils were taken out my roots were totally orange. When I said why is my hair orange Lisa then told me that I had asked for orange hair?! This salon is nasty and unprofessional. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI eloped this weekend and had my hair done by Denise. I can’t say enough about her. She did an AMAZING job!!! I really didn’t have high expectations going in just wanted to have someone curl my hair. Let me tell you she made me feel so beautiful and special on my day. She was sweet and paid attention to the detail and I could have just hugged her if it weren’t for social distancing. So 100 stars for Denise! Thank you so much for making me feel great on my day!!! I eloped this weekend and had my hair done by Denise. I can’t say enough about her. She did an AMAZING job!!! I really didn’t have high expectations going in just wanted to have someone curl my hair. Critical: ProfessionalismI was really disappointed today when I arrived for an appointment and the receptionist proceeds to tell me I came in at the wrong time. However I’m positive it was a mistake on their end but rather then trying to accommodate me or even somewhat apologize she just proceeded to tell me I was late. I would think you would have called me to see if I was on my way I was so called late. Lack of experience and also lack of customer service. Lisa who I really liked as the hairdresser also didn’t even bother to come over to the desk. I guess you guys are so busy you don’t need new clients. I was really disappointed today when I arrived for an appointment and the receptionist proceeds to tell me I came in at the wrong time. However I’m positive it was a mistake on their end but rather then trying to accommodate me or even somewhat apologize she just proceeded to tell me I was late. I would think you would have called me to see if I was on my way I was so called late. Lack of experience and also lack of customer service.
