I have been going to this place for four years now! My nail tech is the best I won’t say her name because then she’ll be booked! The facility is always clean, bright, and there’s never a line for the bathroom! They have so many colors, I have to take a picture of what I choose so I don’t repeat.

It genuinely hurt my feelings how rude and disrespectful they were to me the last two times that I went. I thought I found a new favorite nail salon. I guess not. Yesterday was horrible. The woman at the door was sweet, but the one who did my nails was mean, rude and continued to assume that I couldn’t afford what I wanted done. She mentioned the price of everything multiple times, until it made me uncomfortable. I really liked this place, but after last night I won’t be back. She kept staring at me with the meanest look. Even when she was told she was doing my nails while she was working she looked at me and rolled her eyes. The amount of negative energy I experienced while spending almost $200 for services is extremely frustrating and it hurt my feelings that something that should have been a relaxing experience was so negative and uncomfortable…. Smh never again

I do not recommend. The salon is beautiful, comfortable, and cute but my nails were chipping and breaking within days. I feel comfortable reporting this due to the gel manicure that I had before going lasting me 3 weeks and I did not have a single break or chip. The quality of work was not there for me

I’ve been coming here for almost year and never had had an issue until today. I brought 4 family members and myself to all get mani pedis and the pedicures were great! My family members had great manicures as well however my manicure was disappointing. I got a simple acrylic set. The lady doing my nails was a little rude and did not listen to any of my requests. I asked her if the base color was a little light and she completely dismissed me and told me that she’s been doing this for a long time so she knows what’s good and what’s not. Then I asked her not to drill under my nails at the end so I could keep my natural nail. And she drilled them and ruined my natural nail. She also got a little aggressive after I asked about the nail color and cut me multiple times while drilling down my nails. She didn’t even put oil on my cuticles at the end. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon.

Me and my sister went to get our nails done together. It was our first time here. I had been searching for a new nail salon for a while and I really couldn’t find anywhere decent but I came here based on the reviews. The salon was cute, clean, and everybody was super nice. We both got dip. The first thing was that the lady doing my nails didn’t really look at the form they ask you to fill when you come in. She came up to me and asked what color I was wanting. I assumed she looked at the form and saw what I was wanting but wanted to confirm the color. Once she started doing them, I noticed it wasn’t what I asked for. I explained this to her and pointed at my form and you can tell she felt bad. I was very understanding. I know mistakes happen so I went with what she was doing. My sisters nails started popping off after a few days. I thought she was being too rough on her hands but mine started cracking almost a week later. I’ve never had this happen to me before. I get my nails almost every month and this was the first time a dip nail has ever cracked so easily and so soon. I’m not rough on my hands whatsoever. I do light work. I’m a little disappointed. I was hoping I finally found a good place.

So today was my relax lazy Sunday I googled salons near me I never looked at reviews I just loved the name of the place. So fast forward I arrive it was amazing this nail bar is everything So I had a wonderful experience I came in from Phoenix in need of a pedicure and manicure it was a small bump in the road but Sang and Fefe came and smoothed it out! He took care of it and elevated my experience I’m so grateful for Sang if you stop here have Sang or Fefe put you together!!!! Sang and Fefe they are so wonderful. I’ll be back to see them in two weeks to get my fresh new sets

Absolutely the worst and most expensive manicure and pedicure I have had all year. My nails started chipping the very next day with gel polish. The woman who gave me the pedicure rubbed the same spot on my leg over and and over never changing spots as she massaged. The quality of service was disappointing and subpar to what should be expected in a salon like this.

The actual nail techs are great, but the management is horrible. They double charged me. Refused/Couldn’t provide a receipt when I asked to show I was being refunded for the double charge. Now the refund hasn’t been processed and they want me to come back to resolve the issue instead of issuing me a refund for the amount double charged. Would not suggest and will never be back.
