Service is great and all but my nails didn’t even last 4 days before popping off… I went Monday by Thursday I was missing a nail. By Sunday 3 more had popped off. Not worth it for the price I paid. Which was well over 120 bucks. Pedicure, Waxing, Acrylic nails

I had a gel mani-pedi done here on 4/21/22. When the manicurist finished I noticed that I could physically put indentations and fingerprints on my nails. They weren’t shiny or hard! I went back the next day and although the mani was redone, I am still experiencing peeling, chiping and color fade.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in for a simple polish change – no manicure, I had already removed my polish, and filed my nails. All that I needed done was to add gel polish (took about 10 minutes to complete). I was charged $25 for this service. I am absolutely outraged, I can $15 as it was gel polish. There was a young lady who worked there who even sounded surprised by the cost, as she said “$25 for a polish change?”. I have informed my family (all who live in Varina, and neighbors, and friends) to steer clear. I loved this nail salon until recently. Last week, I had an appointment with Mercy (who is amazing) and called to verify the time. I was told Mercy was off that day. This was fine because I had another appointment scheduled with her today. I called this morning to make sure of my appointment and was told she no longer worked there. The issue I have is I had to reach out to the salon for this information. I would have gone up there for my usual appointment time and would have been disappointed especially because they are typically understaffed and have long wait times. I have tried other technicians here and would only let Mercy, Nan, or Lin work on my nails. All 3 of them are no longer at this location.

Audrey filled my toes in on a pedicure looked horrible my cuticles wasn’t pushed back before applying the acrylic one big toe you can actually see my toe my son feet wasn’t finished either toes nails still dirty didn’t add clear coat nor asked due to the rush but I didn’t mind waiting since I already been there two hours called the police because I was not paying for something that’s half done but would pay for time and I’m banned because of horrible service but I told Ashley I was never returning after that
