the lamination was the only good thing that came out of my appointment. when i saw my eyebrows i started crying out of disbelief because of how bad they turned out, uneven wax and she waxed about half the thickness of my eyebrow off. when i said i wasn’t happy she told me that her next client was there and that i would put her behind schedule and asked if i wanted touch ups and i said how can you fix this my eyebrows are gone.
