Been going here for a while. Let’s just say the quality of nails has went down south. Literally spend no less than $140 every time I come here and my nail already lifting after a week. They also don’t want to do designs. Its a no for me. Customer service has also become nonexistent. Won’t see me again that’s for sure!

Critical: QualityI was excited to see an empty nail shop on a Tuesday afternoon, I found out the hard way why that was. My nails were done fine and it was a quick service. The very next day two of nails began to peel off, I received gel & acrylic. When I returned to get the nails touched up I waited over 35 minutes for the error to be corrected. If I didn’t speak up two costumers would have gone in front of me. I was excited to see an empty nail shop on a Tuesday afternoon, I found out the hard way why that was. My nails were done fine and it was a quick service. The very next day two of nails began to peel off, I received gel & acrylic. When I returned to get the nails touched up I waited over 35 minutes for the error to be corrected. So this is not my normal salon and when in doubt don’t go!! I was here last Saturday the 12th of march! My nail that was a repair has broke already. This place is over priced and not worth the wait!! Avoid going here! Acrylic nails, Pedicure

This nail salon is trash and what’s crazy is both of the times that I’ve come here in attempts to get my nails done, it has been an issue. For some reason they despise doing long nails. The 1st time I went, they wouldn’t let me and my friends in because we had our kids with us (which is kind of understandable) but at least put a sign on the door or window instead of looking at people crazy when they walk in with their kids. The second time, I had long triple colored ombre coffin nails but I only needed a nail repaired but he told me that they don’t have the design . I said “you don’t have these color acrylics?” He says “yes but we don’t have that design then i was like “well can you at least just do it one solid color?” Then he lied and said they just couldn’t do it so, to me, that translated to “we just don’t want to do your nails” it only took 2 times of me going there and multiple bad experiences from people that I personally know that have gone here and had problems with them for me to realize that I will never try to come here and spend my money with these people again. They need to be shut down. I wish I could have given them no stars.

I have had my nails and pedicure done here multiple times and I always leave satisfied. They are always nice and even though they usually have a long wait I go first thing in the morning so I can be in and out Acrylic nails, Pedicure

Service is always great at far as the quality of nails. But the wait this visit was ridiculous. I understand a lot has changed but this was crazy wait time. Some said they had been there for 3-4 hours. The wait would have been easier to swallow had the tech not accept clients in the chair while I was waiting after telling me I was next. Keeping me informed would have been nice. Rather than not saying anything making me feel disrespected. I signed in at 5:30 and left at 8. Had my ol Man not taken the car to do errands I would’ve never waited that long.
