We were charged $35.88 for the best bulbs which is a stand up bed there were 7 bulbs burn out and 2 bulbs missing. I feel as if the person that was working could have been honest with us and told us about the bulbs then we we had said ok and paid that would have been on us, since she wasn’t honest we should be refunded our money. Don’t go there enough if you see they are a 4 star they are not even a 1star.

Absolutely love this place! The owner is friendly always with a smile and makes you feel welcome each and every time! I would refer this place to any and everyone and as a matter of fact have! They have plenty of beds to choose from and she makes sure to clean and sanitize between each person! Yes I would refer this place every time!

We were parking to go into Carolina buffet next door. A staff member came out and start pointing at the sign and told us to move because we were parking in “tanning parking” with a very rude attitude. My dad said “we’ll it’s really great you have a nice attitude about it”. The staff member then proceeded to say “we’ll it’s cool that your illiterate”. I have never been to this place. But I sure won’t ever go and will deter anyone I know from going do to obviously poor customer service.

There’s a nasty crazy lady, and place is dirty and smells like smoke. Beds looked like they have not been wiped down. You feel like you will get COVID just by walking in the door.

Staff is very , very friendly, helpful and call you by your name, which is very personable. The place is extremely clean. Beds are good & not super, super hot, where you feel burnt. I love this place… wonderful… clean, organized and very informative. I have been tanning at a location for more than 2 months where I felt like I was getting no results and was convinced by the owner I must have a vitamin deficiency… I spent more than 200.00 on vitamins that I thought I needed to rectify what ever problem I was assumed to have. I changed tanning salons and by my 3rd visit my results were amazingly different. When this salon says they keep their machines in good working order… you best believe they are on point…. I can’t say enough about how amazed I am at the results I have experienced…

This place and owner are amazing! The people complaining on here are about towing cannot read! She has VERY CLEAR towing signs out there and has given you plenty of warnings. People need to take their own responsibility before getting on here to ruin a business name. Stop being illiterate and use common sense!
