Upon entering, my friend and I were warmly greeted and asked about what services we were interested in. They also had us pick the colors. I decided to go with a normal pedicure and SNS dip manicure. We were seated next to each other relatively quickly, which was great. The pedicure was pure bliss. Between the service and massage chairs, I felt throughly pampered. The SNS dip was simply amazing as well. Everything was completed with perfect results. These workers are incredibly kind and ask questions to ensure you get what you want. The prices are fair as well. This is the only location in the Charlotte area that I’ve ever noticed that the quality is much more important than time. I didn’t realize how fast 3 hours passed until I left. I highly recommend this location. Bonus is that it’s a family run business.

This was my first time in and Kali did a fill, shaping and repair on my nails. I absolutely love them. She did a great job and was easy to talk to. Also very skilled and knowledgeable. The owners are very nice and friendly as well. This is a nice, clean family owned and operated business. My son (3) also played with the owners son as I got my nails done (though I came prepared to keep him busy). He enjoyed it and liked making a new friend. I have found a new nail place. They also have the dipping powder nails and stamping, which I haven’t seen a lot of places offering. I’ll be trying those next time I need a new set.

I really liked it here…they were super sweet. I needed to run in right before a wedding and they were able to get me in and out quickly. Also they had great convo unlike other places that barely ask if you want a drink… I will be going back!

The staff at USA Nails are very friendly and professional. They play soothing music in the background and create a very peaceful environment. My gel nails still looked great two weeks later! I highly recommend their services.

I only gave two stars because of the prices but I guess you get what you pay for. It’s only been a week since I got my nails done there and already looks like I’ve have my nails for three weeks as well as missing two nails. One nail came off while closing my car door the other came off while simply scratching my head. There’s no way that my nails should look like this after 1 week. I only recommend this place if you want low prices. But if you want quality go elsewhere.

I️ will never go back to this nail salon again! Since they are under new management now it’s horrible! Yesterday she rushed on my pedicure because two more people walk in she had her daughter trying to do a manicure she didn’t even soak my hands in water or put cucticle remover on the nails she just cut them down and put oil on them! You can tell she is not certified which I️ could report! They just need to shut down very unprofessional and still charged full price!!
