I am very pleased with the service I received today from Denise. I went in for a haircut and I mentioned to her that I was interested in getting my hair colored and she proactively went to ask if there were any cancellations so she could fit me in which I thought was very thoughtful. She asked me exactly how I wanted my haircut and created a cut that matched my curly hair since that’s typically how I like to style it. She was super friendly and I enjoyed chatting with her. Super nice and professional. Thank you, Denise!!

Well third time is a charm! I gotta say for the price they are charging, the service is below mediocre!! The stylist got the hair color wrong and didn’t even bother to finish up styling my hair and ended up passing me to on to a trainee ( no offense to the the trainee, she did the best she could) . Sure I have more than any average hair and curly. They could’ve asked me what kind of hair I have when I booked the appointment and adjust the time accordingly!! ( management problem)

Went for a hair consultation as I had a bunch of services to be done. Even though they mentioned that its okay to drop by anytime I want, they did not have stylist available the first time. I came back again the next day, their stylist who was available just gave me 1 min of her time and told me that Keratin treatments will not work on my hair since its already dyed. Please make sure if someone is willing to pay more than $500, you at least sit down with them, analyze their hair, give recommendations and talk about next steps. Everybody’s time is previous here. Not coming back again as you clearly don’t value new customers or their time.

I booked two facials for a girls day, and was assured twice that they would be at the same time, in the same room. I specifically stated I didn’t want to book an appointment when scheduling if this could not be done. On the day of the appointment I was informed that they were booked at different times and in different rooms. I was told at the salon my request wasn’t possible. No attempts were made to get my friend and I a different service type appointment, and our time spent traveling to the salon was wasted. I was told a manager would contact me to go over the situation, but so far no communication attempts have been made. Very disappointed in the customer service of this salon.

My last two appts the salon cancelled on the morning of the appointment. Twice within 6 months. If I did that you would charge me a cancellation fee. You need a proper back up plan in the event an employee is out sick… All businesses plan for this situation. Your customers have taken time from work, hired babysitters and planned for the appointment.

Not a functional nail salon. I made an appointment for dip nails. I had broken two nails and needed tips glued onto them (not sculpted) and that is apparently not a service that’s offered. I only found after the nail tech has started filing one of my nails. No reason for me to stay through a service that can’t deliver what I want, so I left.

Gene Juarez had been my go to for all hair needs. I have also been there to do brows and nails. Everything has always been fine to perfection. It is a bit expensive compared to other places, but it is worth it to avoid bad haircuts and color. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI want to start by acknowledging that all of the front desk ladies were lovely. It seemed that communication was lacking on the part of management. I went in for a hair color and cut on May 10th. The cut was spectacular but the moment I got out into the natural light I noticed the blonde I had asked for was stark white. It looked like I had aged and not covered my grays. I came home very upset and called the salon the same day. I explained that the color was white and I would like it redone especially given the price-point of $400 plus dollars for the cut and color. I was disconnected 3 times. By the time someone took down my information they informed me they would not be able to give me a fix until 3 weeks from the day I had my service done, May 31st. I was very upset because that meant working for three weeks with gray hair. The day of the reschedule I mistook the time for 10:30 instead of 10:00. At 10:15 I realized my mistake and headed down to the salon calling on the way. They canceled the appointment which I understood due to being 15 min late but again this was a 3 week schedule out for a redo when I called the day of my appointment very upset. I asked for a call back for a reschedule and did not receive one. I called management multiple times and was told my message was being passed along. Finally I received a call back and was told that I had wasted the salon’s time by being 15 min behind for a redo (which again was scheduled out three weeks from the initial date) I explained that I was still upset with my color and would like to be squeezed in if possible especially given the expense of the service. It has now been a week and no call. This ordeal has spanned from May 10th now to present June 22nd. I have left reference pictures below for what I asked for and what I received. Save your money, this was by far the most unprofessional experience I have ever had and I still will now have to find another place to fix my hair. In July I received a couple hours notice my entire appointment was cancelled and needed to be rescheduled. I was very upset as I was getting my hair done for my son’s wedding. There were no alternatives to get my hair done that day.
