If I can give a negative 5 review, I would have.There is no receptionist at this clinic. My appointment was at 3 pm. I kept on ringing the bell at their front door, and no one answered the door. I ended up waiting outside in the cold for 20 minutes. When the therapist finally opened the door, she informed me that she has another appointment at 4:30 pm and she was still charging me for one hour and an half even though she can only give me an hour. What a ripoff!!! She was really rude, claimed that she called me twice, and never heard the bell. PLEASE, do yourself a favor and do NOT come here unless you want more stress in your life.

I want to start off by saying, Rita is amazing! I was referred to Rita by a friend after getting a below average massage elsewhere and it was a great recommendation. From the first visit I noticed instant relief. I’ve had Gua sha, cupping as well as deep tissue massage and the results were long lasting. Even though I live over 90 minutes away, I’ve been a regular customer ever since. Rita and her staff are always very friendly and very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. I highly recommend giving them a try!!
