I purchased gift certificates from Groupon for xmas gifts. When I called to make an appt to redeem the Groupon I was told that I had to wait a ling time before I couls get an appt. I was ok with this, made the appt with Kristine for myself and the friend I purchased for as her xmas gift. When booking the appt, Kristine only asked for my info, not my friends and told me that she would forward everything to my email, complete the info and hit save. Never making her process clear. Never asking for my friends info. During the phone call we were disconnected, Kristne never called or emailed back to professionally make sure our booking was confirmed. TODAY, weeks later she calls me and states that my friend was never booked because she didnt have her information (which she never asked for). After trying to understand what happened and being understandably upset at this Kristine tells me to call Groupon back for my money because she won’t provide service to me. She was very unprofessional and hung up on me. I had to call back and leave a voicemail to request my money back. Thank GOD Groupon is a professional, creditable service and they quickly refunded my money back to me.
