Karen is professional and knowledgeable about the injections, she made sure I was comfortable during the process. She discussed upfront what was going to take place and talked with me about what I wanted and made some good suggestions for injections on additional areas for improvement. I found Dr Lund to be pompous and rude. His nurse isn’t much better. My surgery was successful with minimal bumps in the road but the way the two made me feel wasn’t something that I’d pay for again. I’ll go elsewhere if I ever decide to have cosmetic surgery again.
